1847 S Loomis was purchased on April 16th, 2009 in a serious state of disrepair. The building is a multi-family residential property with five apartments. The building was entirely filled with garbage; all four floors. So much of it that it was difficult to walk through. Squatters had been inhabiting the building for several years, maybe even for a decade. From the looks of it, they had collected garbage inside the house for the entire time.
